Unusual Delivery Vehicle

UPS is using not the big brown truck, but a bright yellow tricycle and trailer to deliver packages in our subdivision this week.

I have lots of questions. How does he get here? This is the week before Christmas; the number of packages UPS is delivering must be huge. Is he the only UPS employee in the subdivision or are there multiple delivery people? Where is the big brown truck? Is he freezing? We had super cold temps last week when I saw him out and about. How long does it take to deliver those packages and does he meet a truck somewhere for more? A tricycle can't be the most efficient way to deliver a bunch of packages at Christmastime.
