Today's salad is too pretty not to share. I mixed a variety of lettuces, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes from my friend's garden, added a little bit of crisp, crumbled bacon, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, shredded mozzarella cheese, and I topped it with a homemade honey maple mustard dressing that was left over from turkey burgers late last week. All gluten free. Without the cheese, it would be milk free as well.

Stopping by from the Crew! I am so glad that I found your blog! It's like a warm hug to me! My daughter was recently diagnosed with Asperger's and we are struggling- oh, we are struggling. I don't know where to start with diet, therapy, etc. I will be spending a lot of time here. Thank you so much for all the wonderful information and for sharing your daughter's story.:) Lori

Hey friend,
Just checking our your recipes. Do you have a recommendation for a GF kid cook book or website? I'm still hoping to meet with a dietitian sometime soon, but haven't heard from her yet.
A word about Mammoth Caves - GO!!! It is such an amazing place. One of my very favorite! There are a wide variety of ways to explore the caves including an unguided explore which Roger did with our 2 youngest. I'll post more tomorrow about some of the longer tours. Happy to answer questions about it too.
Hugs
Leslie
