Half Bird Half Zebra

We were doing our Memoria copybook work today, and my princess decided to illustrate this verse with what she calls a "half bird half zebra".

Who knew???!!!

PS: She did more than a page of copywork today as opposed to just a word or two. And I noticed that the little bit of work we did air writing a proper lowercase "e" helped, too!!! She made several lowercase "e's" using the correct movement, with no prompting or coaching from me.
