Li'l Bit asked for a grilled cheese. I attempted one without a recipe. I made a roux using arrowroot flour and coconut milk, added some shredded Daiya cheddar flavor and a dab of yellow mustard, wisked & wisked & wisked, and used a spoon to spread it on toasted-in-a-pan slices of Udi's GF bread. She ate half the sandwich.
