Non-Verbal Conversations: One Man Band

I have chosen non-verbal communication as my topic of choice in recent weeks. Non-verbal foundations of conversations are so important and are often overlooked and ignored when working with children with developmental delays.

One of our cable-TV channels is running a show of one Pixar short after another. One of my favorites, a bonus feature from the Cars DVD, is One Man Band.

I like it because One Man Band is such a wonderful reminder of what non-verbal conversations, attention shifting, attention sharing, look like, even though in this case, they're all animated.
